OCF Member Meetings
Each year, one regularly scheduled membership meeting will be held.

At this meeting on every even-numbered year the voting members will elect, by a plurality of those attending and voting, a Board of Directors consisting of the following officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Tournament Coordinator, Scholastic Coordinator, and Director-at-Large. In addition, these United States Chess Federation (USCF) officers will be elected: USCF Delegate for Oregon, USCF Voting Member for Oregon, and at least one USCF Alternate Voting Member for Oregon.
In addition to regularly-scheduled meetings, the Board may call up to two additional meetings per year. Members must be given 30 days' notice prior to the date for such a meeting and the Board must call it upon petition of ten or more members.
