About OCF

OCF is a corporate non-profit organization.

Please refer to the OCF Bylaws for meeting information.

OCF represents the State of Oregon in the United States Chess Federation (USCF).

Together with the Washington Chess Federation, OCF publishes Northwest Chess Magazine.

All OCF-sponsored tournaments are conducted according to USCF rules. These are available published as Bylaws and U. S. Chess Federation's Official Rules of Chess – Fifth Edition (McKay Chess Library) published in 2003 by Random House (ISBN 0-8129-3559-4).
